Transcripts

Transcripts can be requested online!

Allow a minimum of two (2) school days for processing.

If you requested to pick the transcript up in person, it will be available in the Student Center, notification will be sent to students via email when transcripts are ready to pick up. If students requested the transcript be mailed, they will receive notification that it has been mailed via email as well. Please contact the Student Center at 503-399-5566 if you have any questions.

Instructions for Enrolling a New Student

Are you enrolling a student in Salem-Keizer Public Schools for the first time? Follow the steps below to register your child online.

1. IDENTIFY YOUR STUDENT’S SCHOOL

Use our Find my School and Bus Route Finder app or call our Boundary Information line at 503-399-3246.

2. GATHER DOCUMENTS NEEDED TO REGISTER

Proof of address, so we can verify the school your child will attend within the correct attendance area.
Proof of age, such as a birth certificate so we can verify your child’s age and place them in the correct grade level.
Immunizations records, as required by Oregon State law.

3. CREATE A PARENTVUE ACCOUNT

All parents and caregivers in our district need a ParentVUE account. If you are new to our district, please create a ParentVUE account online. You can use ParentVUE to check your child's attendance, grades, and more throughout the year.

4. REGISTER ONLINE

Once you have created a ParentVUE account, you can begin the registration process for your child online.

If you do not have a personal email, you can create one for free with Google.

Instructions to Complete Student Verification

If your student is returning to Salem-Keizer Public Schools, you will be asked to complete enrollment verification each year. This updates your child's records, including emergency contacts and health information.

Steps to Complete Enrollment Verification

Login to ParentVUE (if you are unable to login please contact your school).
Review your student’s information and check each section for accuracy.
Update any outdated or incorrect information.
Submit the registration to complete the verification process.

Previously Enrolled Students & Returning Families

Previously Enrolled Students

If your student was previously enrolled in Salem-Keizer Public Schools and is now returning after attending a different school district, please contact the school they will be attending for assistance with the registration process.

Returning Families

If you do not currently have a student in Salem-Keizer Public Schools, but you have an existing ParentVUE account used for a previous student, you will use the same ParentVUE account to register any new or rejoining students in our district.

Change of Address

Have you moved or changed a phone number? Please come into the Student Center and update your address. Proof of address is required for all address changes unless student is on an In-District Transfer.
