Today our Beginning Parliamentary Procedure team competed at their Sectional Contest which consists of 29 FFA chapters in Oregon. They took first in their Career Development Event and have qualified at the State level.
These students have done extensive research on 20 various controversial topics in Oregon, and have used Parliamentary Law to articulate their findings, run an effective meeting, capture accurate meeting minute of all business transacted, and execute motions in a professional manor in the exact same way our Legislators do.
Our students will be competing in Redmond, OR during Spring Break against the other 3 top teams from various Sections.
Please congratulate them on this huge success!!!!!
