Hello McKay Community,

As you may have heard, Salem-Keizer School District will be receiving more than $35 million this year from the Student Success Act. Annually, this investment account can only be used to meet students’ mental or behavioral health needs and increase academic achievement for students.

As principal, I want to personally invite you to hear about how best to invest these dollars.  The district is holding a community forum in Keizer at McNary High on November 18th from 6-8 p.m. If you cannot make that event, the district will be holding another one in Salem at South Salem High on November 20th from 6-8 p.m.  Dinner and childcare will be provided at both events and translators will also be available.

Below are the addresses for these community events.
