Saturday May 18, 2019 a few students in culinary participated in the 4th Annual Community Chopped Challenge. This timed contest puts teams of students from all over the district culinary programs together for the first time to work to achieve the top dishes under stressful working conditions (no running water or electricity). This years theme was an all dessert challenge. The winning team included McKay students Riley Ross Jacobson and Ezequiel Torres Fernandez along with Ashleigh from North Salem and Melvin from South Salem. Congrats to our Royal Scots!
