Instruction Goal

Systems

Create focused alignment across leadership teams and PLCs that result in measurable impact on student outcomes.

System Goal

By EOY 2027, in three out of three sprint cycles, 80% of PLCs use student data and student examples to inform instructional interventions and anticipate scaffolds to improve student outcomes.

(i.e., Re-teach, provide interventions, provide scaffolds during instruction.)

Leadership

develop shared leadership across the campus/build staff ownership of their impact to the larger system

Leadership Goal

By EOY 2027, 90% of PLCs will identify and document how their chosen SLG supports one of the CSIP focus areas, as measured by the LEGENDS completion timeline

Option to provide examples for co-teachers.

Culture

Adopt and foster a "warm, demanding" environment by prioritizing relationship building, empowering students through high expectations, and supporting student identity to deepen the sense of belonging and post-secondary readiness.

Culture Goal

By EOY 2027, improve student sense of belonging and engagement, measured by a 10% increase by grade level in on track data growth and an increase from 36% to 40% in positive student/staff Panorama climate indicators.

...then all students graduate ready for a successful life.
