9 of our amazing McKay culinary students joined forces with South Salem culinary students to help with the Saxon annual Fall Feast . They helped set up , prep , prepare , plate ,serve, and clean up . This was a 5 course plated served prix fixe meal. In addition to the kids getting to apply their knowledge in a different environment working for another chef, they did a remarkable job in being great ambassadors for McKay. We are now planning how we can do it again .
