Sanderson is entering his 7th year as the head coach at McKay and his 9th year as a coach at McKay. Previously he spent 3 years as a JV coach at West Salem High School and 3 years as a freshman coach at Corvallis High School. I’ve been a part of playoff teams at McKay in 2010, 2013, 2014 and 2017.
Sanderson lives in Salem with his wife Jodi and 3 kids.
Coach Stradley brings several years of competitive swimming experience to McKay. She is excited to dive into her first year as a coach for the Scots
Wendy Stradley, graduated with her degree from Oregon State University in Health Promotion and Health Behavior where she coached ASA softball, AAU basketball, and swimming in the summer and continued with swimming for 3 years while in school. After completing school at OSU, she later received her Masters of Arts in Teaching. She began teaching in the Beaverton School District and coached girls basketball and softball. In 2012,
Wendy joined McKay to teach health and PE; and has coached soccer and softball while at McKay. She has been the assistant softball coach for the past 2 years and joined the Swim Program for 2017-2018.
Wendy is in her second year as Behavior Specialist at McKay.

Coach LaDuke brings over a decade of swimming and coaching experience to McKay High School. He believes in coaching people first, students second, and athletes third. He is excited to start his second season with the Scots.
